Grate qe ndjekin dieta te pasura me fruta, zarzavate dhe pak yndyrna rrezikojne te kene me pak ankth, depresion dhe shqetesime ne zemer.
Sipas nje kerkimi te Universitetit te Melburnit problemet mendore jane te pranishme te grate qe ndjekin diete te pasur me ushqime te yndyrshme.
Nje diete e keqe ka efekte te keqija edhe ne sistemin imunitar dhe mund te sjelle probleme psiqike
