Nevojiten:
* mish viçi nga renkofsha
* 1 qepe
* 2 karota
* disa thelpinj hudhre
* 1 molle
* pak koncentrat domateje
* 1 gote vere te bardhe
* 1 tufez borzilok
* 1 gote vaj
* 2 luge mustarde
* kripe (sipas deshire)
* 500 gr patate

Pergatitja:

Mishi i viçit me senf, me ereza, kripe, piperoret dhe lihet per 1-2 ore. Pastaj fergohet derisa te marre nje kore te skuqur.

Ne nje ene hedhim qepen e grire, dy karota te prera ne 4 pjese, disa thelpinj hudhre dhe molla e prere ne 4 pjese, te gjitha ziejne ne zjarr te lehte, duke shtuar gradualisht veren, ne te cilen paraprakisht eshte nxirr koncentrati i domates. Ne kete perberje zien mishi i mbuluar me kapak, perafersisht dy ore, derisa te zbutet mire.

Nxirret nga ena, ndersa nga lengu dhe perimet behet nje salce e trashe, e cila hidhet mbi mish. Sherbehet me patate te parapergatitura.
